This is a short essay meant to demonstrate my understanding of game mechanics and their relationship to design and implementation. In the essay, I try to explain the behaviour of AI guards in Splinter Cell: Blacklist in terms of a state machine based on my observations playing through the game.
This article will cover my attempt to work through the a practice version of the ISTQB Foundation-level exam. It's a multiple choice format, so I will list each question, the answer options, and my reasoning for each option.
